Game presidents order

The play continues as many times around the table as necessary until someone makes a play which everyone else passes. All the cards played are then turned face down and put to one side, and the player who played last and highest to the previous "trick" starts again by leading any card or set of equal cards. The first player who is out of cards is awarded the highest social rank - this is President.

The last player to be left with any cards is known as the Scum. The way I always play it adds a few more rules: 1. If the same card is played twice in a row, the next person in line is skipped unless they have a completion. After the first round is done, and the dealing is done, the trading begins. Now, I always play with 5 people. So, the person that finished first president , trades with the person who finished last scum. Same with VP and VS. The P asks for two cards and the VP only asks for one.
